How can I be sure the numbers are correct?
The agent works with pre-checked calculations on your own data. It cannot change the data in your connected software. With the answer you can see which data and calculations were used, so that you can check the outcome.
What data can the agent use?
The agent uses data that you have linked via DigiData, for example from your accounting, CRM, project management or HR software. You can also add your own CSV files or link PostgreSQL and SQL Server read-only. You decide for each agent which data is available.
Where can I use the agent?
You speak to the agent via the web chat in DigiData, in Microsoft Teams and via email. In addition, you can schedule automatic prompts that deliver their results by email or in Teams.
