How much does a Power BI connection via DigiData cost?
DigiData charges per active integration, so you start with the source that delivers value immediately and expands later. For a lot companies, the first connection is Twinfield, Exact Online, Simplicate, Robaws or Exact Bouw. You don't pay any start-up costs 14 days of free testing and you have control over which sources you sync. The price covers data collection, structuring tables, OData access for Power BI and CSV export for audits or AI analysis. Compared to a custom connector is the main difference that management, authorization, error handling and data model maintenance as separate return project. This makes DigiData especially suitable for teams that want to start small, validate quickly and add more later want to add sources without having to go through another technical process budget. This makes the price more predictable for finance, operations and BI teams that need the same reports every month have.

When is DigiData cheaper than customization?
DigiData is usually cheaper when you use an existing source want to keep refreshing in Power BI, Excel or CSV without your own connector code. Customization can make sense with unique internal ones systems, but often requires development, monitoring, token management and recovery work when an API changes.
What costs do you avoid?
You prevent recurring hours for export files, spreadsheet checking, API research, error messages on refreshes and transfer when the report creator is unavailable is. The value is therefore not only in the connection, but in it keeping reports predictable.

Are there long-term commitments?
Monthly plans can be canceled at the end of any monthly billing period, and your initial subscription includes a 14-day free trial. Annual plans remain active through the end of the annual billing period and include 2 months free (pay for 10 months, use for 12).
What happens if I add a new data source later?
The monthly fee for that connector is added to your account starting from the date it goes live.
Do I pay per user or viewer?
No. You pay for the platform base plus your active connectors. There are no per-seat or per-viewer fees.
Are there onboarding or setup fees?
None for standard connectors. Custom connectors or specialized reporting projects are scoped and budgeted separately in advance.
