Which DigiData integration do you need?
First choose the source system and then check on the details page whether the necessary entities are supported. Exact Online and Twinfield supply financial tables, Bouw7, Robaws, Simplicate, ClickUp and OutSmart provide project and operational data, and Nmbrs provides HR and salary data. Availability varies per connector and will remain so depending on the source API and your access rights. DigiData supplies the listed tables via OData and CSV; you set up relationships, measures and dashboards in your reporting tool.

Which integration do you start first?
Start with the source that is exported manually most often or causes the most reporting work. For many companies, that is Twinfield or Exact Online because finance data is needed for margin, cash flow and budget control.
What if your system is missing?
If your source is not yet in the list, DigiData can assess whether the API is suitable for synchronization. This requires stable authentication, clear entities and a dataset that changes often enough to warrant automation.

Price and trial period
Platform costs plus an amount per active integration, without start-up costs. Test for free for 14 days.
Security
Supported OAuth links do not store a source password. API keys and tokens are stored encrypted.

During the trial period, check the entities, source permissions, synchronization and Power BI refresh.
Choose a connector per data source
First choose the reporting question, then the system containing the necessary source records. Each connector page explains which entities DigiData synchronizes and which sources must be linked separately.
Finance and accounting
Twinfield and Exact Online unlock accounting data. Nmbrs is a separate HR and payroll source; check the concrete entities per connector.
Projects and construction
For Bouw7, Robaws, Simplicate, ClickUp and OutSmart this concerns hours, projects, planning, work orders, quotations, invoices and project margin in a shared data model.
Retail, locations and operations
For RetailSolutions, Virtuagym and RDW, the value is mainly operational analysis: locations, members, stores, planning, rates and weekly reports.
All DigiData integrations at a glance
DigiData supports connections with accounting software, construction software, CRM, project management, retail systems, energy monitoring and government data. Supported company data is automatically synchronized to DigiData and made available via OData or CSV export.
