Pilot scenario

Use one fixed-price and one time-and-material project as a pilot. Combine project and time entries from Simplicate or ClickUp with contracts from Nmbrs and accounting invoices. Separate billable, internal, leave and sick hours before publishing a percentage.

Sources and keys

Project code and employee usually connect planning, time and cost. Record which cost rate applies to each period so a salary change does not rewrite historical months. Use invoice lines for revenue rather than relying only on PSA project status.

Refresh cadence

Boundary

Utilization has no universal formula. Leave, training, sales, sickness and bench time may be treated differently. Publish the numerator, denominator and period beside the percentage.
