What the training day looks like
You work on your own data all day. We tailor the programme beforehand to the reports and questions that take your team the most time.
Beforehand: connection and first sync
Before the training day we connect your software to DigiData together, read-only. On the day itself your own data is ready to use.
Explore and check your data
You see which tables exist, how they relate and how to reconcile a result with your software. That way you know why an answer is right.
Ask the AI agent questions
You ask questions in plain language, read back the calculation and record definitions, so revenue, margin and hours mean the same thing to everyone.
Build dashboards
You build a dashboard for management or project leads with drilldowns to the underlying rows, and put it in presentation mode for your meetings.
Automate workflows
You set up an alert with a threshold, plus a weekly summary by email. You also learn how to ask the same questions in Teams or Slack.
Share and keep building
You give colleagues access, add budgets as CSV and use the same tables in Power BI or Excel. You finish with a list of next steps.

Is this a ChatGPT workshop?
No. You spend the whole day working with DigiData on your own business data. You learn to create reliable answers, dashboards and automations from your accounting or project software.
What does the training cost?
The training day costs €995 excl. VAT. After that you continue with a DigiData licence from €145 per month excl. VAT for the platform and one connector. The licence can be cancelled monthly.
Does the training work with other software too?
Yes. The training works with any source DigiData connects, such as Simplicate, Robaws, Nmbrs or your own database. Exact Online, Twinfield and Exact Bouw have their own training page with examples.
Who is the training for?
For everyone who works with the figures: management, finance, controllers and project managers. No technical skills needed.
Where does the training take place?
On location at your office in the Netherlands. The training is given in Dutch or English.
