How do you assess a comparable implementation?
Don't start with the dashboard, but with the decision question and the source tables required for this. Then record which one administrations, periods, statuses and keys are in scope. Compare a small sample with the source system before you share totals or trends.
Also test the entire chain: source change, DigiData synchronization and refresh Power BI or another report. This becomes visible whether a difference comes from the source, the synchronization or the data model.
What information do we ask in advance?
- The source system and the required administrations or environments.
- The tables, fields and periods behind the most important reporting question.
- The desired topicality and the moment at which figures are used.
- A source report or checksum against which the initial sync can be compared.
- The users who need access and who approves definitions.
Transparency about these experiences
DigiData has published these customer statements itself. There are none numerical assessments, independent research design or comparison group linked to it. That's why the page uses Quotation scheme and no Review or AggregateRating markup. For technical decisions remain a trial period, source validation and checking the current connector page is necessary.
