The reason

Why connect Zoho CRM to DigiData?

Connect a Zoho CRM organization through OAuth2 without storing a Zoho password in DigiData. The connector reads organization and user data, module and field metadata, layouts, pipelines and records from supported standard and custom modules. Unknown custom fields remain preserved in the source JSON. DigiData uses the api_domain returned with Zoho's token response so requests remain tied to the selected data center and production, sandbox or developer environment.

Connecting Zoho CRM to Power BI in short

The Zoho CRM connector is available and synchronizes supported tables such as Organization and users, Modules, fields and layouts, Deal pipelines and stages and Leads, contacts, accounts and deals. DigiData offers these source records via OData for Power BI and Excel and via CSV for separate exports. The connector only supplies the entities listed on this page; source permissions, the source API, and your sync schedule determine which records and updates are available. You set up relationships, calculations and dashboards in the reporting tool.
