DigiData helps organizations make data from business make software repeatably available for Power BI, Excel, dashboards and controlled AI analysis.
Why DigiData exists
Reports often start with a simple request, but end in manual exports, separate scripts and definitions that per spreadsheet differences. DigiData maintains the connection with supported source systems, synchronizes the listed records and offers that data via OData and CSV. This leaves source API logic outside the Power BI report and can use the same monitored dataset be used for multiple applications.
We make a clear separation between source data and interpretation. DigiData provides synchronized tables and technical news. Relationships, measures, KPI definitions, access choices and the final business decision require control by the organization that knows the data.
Our working method
First understand the source
We record which source entities, rights, refresh and restrictions apply per connector. Only the tables on the integration page are considered publicly supported.
Keep claims verifiable
We do not publish made-up benchmarks, certifications or ratings. Product claims are linked to visible effects, official supplier documentation or clearly stated practical experience.
Validate results
A link is only useful when records, periods, keys and totals have been compared with the source system. The customer retains ownership of report definitions and business interpretation.
Product and support
DigiData develops the synchronization, OData, dashboard and... AI functionality itself and maintains public information about it available connectors. Questions about a source, missing entity or validation therefore ends up on the same team that manages the link and documentation.
Content and expertise
The content of the knowledge base is maintained by founder Auke Westra and the DigiData team. Articles mention publication and modification dates and refer to documentation of Microsoft, software vendors and protocol administrators.

Pricing, privacy information, terms and security limits are publicly available on the website. Where functionality is dependent from source rights, sync or a third party AI provider, we call that dependence. Security questions can be submitted via the public reporting route are shared without sending customer data.
