When is Geckoboard the better choice?
Geckoboard is the better choice if you want real-time figures from support or sales tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce on a single TV with as little setup as possible, and do not need accounting data or drilldowns.

Can I run DigiData on an office TV?
Yes. Open the dashboard in a browser on the TV or a connected mini PC and start presentation mode. Choose the wall screen preset, set the time per page and let the presentation loop. The title bar shows the clock, progress and how current the data is.
Do I pay DigiData per screen or per viewer?
No. DigiData charges a fixed platform price plus an amount per connector. The number of screens and viewers does not affect the price.
Is Geckoboard real-time and DigiData not?
Geckoboard refreshes many sources in real time. DigiData synchronizes sources on a schedule and shows on every dashboard how current the data is. For accounting, projects and hours that is usually more than enough; for a live customer service queue, Geckoboard is stronger.
Can I connect Exact Online to Geckoboard?
Exact Online is not in Geckoboard's integration list. You can supply data via spreadsheets, the API or an integration service, but then you maintain that step yourself. DigiData connects Exact Online directly, including multiple administrations.
