Terms of Use

1. Applicability

These terms of use apply to the use of DigiData, including the web application, data integrations, OData feeds, CSV exports, AI functions and linked apps such as the DigiData Agent for Microsoft Teams. Deviating agreements in an agreement with DigiData B.V. go for these conditions.

2. Services

DigiData collects data from business applications that are linked and created by the customer this data available for reporting, analysis and automation. The customer decides which one source systems are linked and remain the owner of the synchronized business data.

3. Account and access

The customer is responsible for carefully managing users, passwords, two-factor authentication, API keys and access rights. DigiData may block access when this is necessary for security, abuse prevention or service continuity.

4. Connected systems

DigiData works with external APIs and third-party services. Availability, data fields, limits and changes of those external services are beyond the direct control of DigiData. We make every effort to keep links reliable and to process changes carefully.

5. AI functionality

AI functions within DigiData can help summarize, analyze and explore data. AI-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important conclusions, financial decisions and operational actions always with the source data and internal procedures.

6. Use

The Service may only be used for legitimate business purposes. It's not allowed abuse the service, circumvent security measures, attempt unauthorized access or process data for which the customer does not have a valid basis or permission.

7. Availability and maintenance

DigiData strives for reliable service. Maintenance, disruptions to external services, network problems or force majeure may affect synchronization, availability or response times. Where reasonably possible we communicate important disruptions or planned maintenance.

8. Privacy and Security

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. DigiData used appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption of credentials, tenant isolation and access restriction to production systems.

9. Changes

DigiData may change these conditions when service, legislation or operational circumstances arise ask for that. The current version is published on this page.
