You work on your own data all day. We tailor the programme beforehand to the reports and questions that take your team the most time.
Beforehand: connection and first sync
Before the training day we connect Exact Bouw to DigiData together, read-only. On the day itself your own data is ready to use.
Explore and check your data
You see which tables exist, how they relate and how to reconcile a result with Exact Bouw. That way you know why an answer is right.
Ask the AI agent questions
You ask questions in plain language, read back the calculation and record definitions, so revenue, margin and hours mean the same thing to everyone.
Build dashboards
You build a project margin dashboard for management and project managers with drilldowns to the underlying rows, and put it in presentation mode for your meetings.
Automate workflows
You set up a budget alert per project, plus a weekly summary by email. You also learn how to ask the same questions in Teams or Slack.
Share and keep building
You give colleagues access, add budgets as CSV and use the same tables in Power BI or Excel. You finish with a list of next steps.

Is Exact Bouw the same as Bouw7?
Yes. Bouw7 is part of Exact and is now called Exact Bouw, also Exact Online Bouw. The DigiData connector works with the same API key.
Is this an Exact Bouw course?
No. You learn to work with DigiData on the data from Exact Bouw: project dashboards, alerts and the AI agent. How to set up or use Exact Bouw itself is not covered.
What does the training cost?
The training day costs €995 excl. VAT. After that you continue with a DigiData licence from €190 per month excl. VAT for the platform and the Exact Bouw connector. The licence can be cancelled monthly.
What do we need to prepare?
Someone with admin rights in Exact Bouw sets up the read-only connection with us beforehand, so your data is synchronized by the training day. Also bring two or three reports or questions that currently take a lot of your time.
Do we need technical skills or Power BI?
No. You build dashboards and automations with the AI agent in DigiData. Power BI or Excel is optional: for those you use the same tables through OData.
Where does the training take place?
On location at your office in the Netherlands. The training is given in Dutch or English.
Is our data safe?
DigiData only reads and never writes back to Exact Bouw. Your data is stored separately per customer. The security page explains how access, encryption and logging work.
Can we combine Exact Bouw with our accounting?
Yes. Also connect Exact Online or Twinfield to combine hours and materials from Exact Bouw with purchase and sales invoices from accounting. That extra connector has its own monthly price.
